Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RepForge AI, including the mobile application, associated account services, cloud workout functionality, Community features and related public web resources.
By creating an account, accepting these Terms where prompted, or using account-backed RepForge features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use those features.
RepForge Community users must also follow the Community Guidelines. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
What RepForge AI provides
RepForge AI is a fitness and strength-training application designed to help users plan, record, review and understand training.
Depending on the current version and available account features, RepForge may provide functionality such as:
- workout and exercise logging;
- set, repetition, load and RIR tracking;
- weekly training-plan generation;
- training targets and progression guidance;
- session-level execution guidance;
- performance history and analytics;
- readiness, fatigue and recovery-related training presentation;
- session and monthly review features;
- local nutrition logging;
- public Community profiles and training posts;
- Community images, Kudos, notifications, reporting and blocking;
- cloud synchronization of supported workout data.
Features may evolve over time and may differ by platform, account state, product version or release configuration.
Eligibility and responsible use
You may use RepForge only where doing so is lawful and where you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
If applicable law requires parental or guardian authorization for you to use a service that processes personal information, you may use RepForge only with that authorization.
RepForge is not designed as a child-directed service.
Accounts and account security
Some RepForge functionality requires an authenticated account. RepForge currently supports Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google account, device and authentication environment you use to access RepForge.
You must not:
- attempt to access another user's account without authorization;
- misrepresent account ownership;
- circumvent authentication or security controls;
- use another person's account to evade enforcement or a block;
- interfere with account-scoped cloud-data protections.
Contact RepForge Support promptly if you believe your account or RepForge access has been compromised.
Fitness guidance, health and medical disclaimer
RepForge AI provides fitness and strength-training guidance based on training information available to the product.
RepForge AI is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
RepForge is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation or emergency care.
Exercise involves risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise, load, movement, training session or training plan is appropriate for you.
Stop training and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience symptoms or circumstances that require medical care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when you have a medical condition, injury, relevant health concern or uncertainty about your ability to exercise safely.
Training suggestions, readiness states, fatigue signals, recovery presentation and progression decisions are fitness-oriented product outputs and should not be interpreted as clinical findings.
Your training information and generated outputs
RepForge relies on information you enter, save or generate through your training activity. The quality and relevance of product outputs may depend on the accuracy, completeness and amount of that information.
You are responsible for reviewing generated programs, exercise choices, loads, repetition targets and other training suggestions before acting on them.
RepForge may change a training recommendation when new session information, history or recovery context becomes available. Generated outputs are not guarantees of future performance, strength gains, muscle growth, injury prevention or any specific result.
Nutrition information entered into the current local nutrition feature does not currently drive RepForge AI readiness, recovery, fatigue, progression or workout-target decisions.
Community and user-generated content
RepForge Community allows users to create or share user-generated content (“UGC”), which may include public profile information, workout posts, personal-record posts and training photos.
Before creating or uploading Community content, you may be required to accept these Terms and/or the Community Guidelines.
You must not create, upload or distribute objectionable or prohibited content through RepForge Community. The Community Guidelines form part of the rules governing Community use and describe prohibited content and behavior in greater detail.
RepForge provides Community safety controls including reporting and blocking functionality. Those controls must not be deliberately abused to harass other users or submit knowingly false reports.
Your content and rights needed to operate Community
You retain ownership of content that you own and choose to publish through RepForge Community.
By uploading or publishing content, you represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to share it.
You grant RepForge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, resize, display and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate and provide the Community feature in which you chose to publish it.
This operational license does not transfer ownership of your content to RepForge.
If you use your device's native sharing interface to send content to another service, use of that destination is governed by the destination's own terms and privacy practices.
Acceptable use
You may not use RepForge to violate law, harm other users, interfere with the service or defeat product security.
You must not:
- access or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access;
- probe, attack, disable or circumvent security controls;
- distribute malware, malicious code or deceptive links;
- use automated systems to abuse Community or service resources;
- attempt to manipulate Kudos, reports or Community activity deceptively;
- scrape private or restricted user data without authorization;
- use RepForge for unlawful fraud, harassment or exploitation;
- reverse engineer or misuse the service where prohibited by law or these Terms;
- use RepForge in a way that materially disrupts service for other users.
Community moderation and enforcement
RepForge may review reported Community content or account behavior when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, the Community Guidelines, protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, RepForge may remove content, restrict Community access, warn a user, suspend access, terminate an account or take other reasonable action.
A user report does not by itself establish that a violation occurred. Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, repeat behavior and relevant safety information.
Certain moderation or safety records may be retained after content or an account is removed where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, dispute handling, security or legal obligations.
Third-party services
RepForge relies on third-party infrastructure to provide certain functionality. Current service providers include Google/Firebase, ImageKit and Cloudflare.
Your use of third-party account, device or sharing services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
RepForge is not responsible for services, websites or applications operated independently by third parties.

Service availability and product changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but RepForge may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, third-party outages, technical problems or product changes.
We may add, change, improve, replace or discontinue product functionality as RepForge evolves.
We do not guarantee that every feature, generated output, cloud service or Community capability will always be available without interruption.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using RepForge at any time.
RepForge may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, security abuse, unlawful activity or risks to users or the service.
Where appropriate, enforcement may be limited to Community functionality rather than the entire account.
Nothing in this section prevents immediate action where necessary to address serious safety, security or legal concerns.
Account deletion
RepForge provides an in-app account deletion flow and an external web resource for users who cannot access the app.
Account deletion is permanent and is not equivalent to signing out or disabling the app.
The data covered by deletion, as well as limited categories that may need to be retained for safety, moderation, security or legal purposes, are described in the Delete Account resource and Privacy Policy.
Service disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RepForge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- training recommendations will produce a particular result;
- all generated plans or targets will be appropriate for every user;
- all information will always be complete or error-free;
- the service will always be uninterrupted or available;
- use of RepForge will prevent injury;
- recovery or readiness presentation reflects a medical condition.
You remain responsible for judgment about your own training and safety.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RepForge and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses arising from training decisions, inability to access the service, loss of data, third-party service failures or user-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Responsibility for your misuse
You are responsible for content you publish and for your use of RepForge.
Where permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or costs resulting from your unlawful use of RepForge, your infringement of another person's rights, or content you publish in violation of these Terms.
Applicable law and mandatory rights
These Terms do not remove consumer or other legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Any dispute relating to RepForge will be handled under applicable law and by courts or authorities that have lawful jurisdiction.
Additional operator, jurisdiction or governing-law information will be provided where required by applicable law and the final distribution setup.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the product, Community rules, service providers or applicable requirements change.
The current version will be published at the RepForge Terms of Service URL with its effective date.
Where a material change requires renewed acceptance in the product, RepForge may present the updated Terms for acceptance before affected functionality can be used.
