Guidelines.

Purpose of RepForge Community

RepForge Community exists to let lifters share training-related activity such as completed workouts, personal records, training photos and other genuine training moments.

Community is a supporting part of RepForge AI. It is not intended to become a platform for harassment, sexual content, illegal activity, dangerous challenges, deceptive promotion or unrelated spam.

Acceptance of these Guidelines

Before creating or uploading Community content, users may be required to accept the applicable RepForge Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

By publishing or interacting with Community content, you agree to follow these Guidelines and the RepForge AI Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these rules, do not publish or interact with user-generated content through RepForge Community.

What belongs in the Community

Examples of content that generally fits the purpose of RepForge Community include:

• completed workout posts;
• personal-record and milestone posts;
• training photos;
• progress updates related to training;
• supportive Kudos and positive interaction;
• other lawful, respectful content genuinely connected to training.

Training content does not have to show exceptional performance. Normal workouts, difficult sessions and ordinary progress are all welcome when shared respectfully.

Prohibited content and behavior

Do not post, upload, promote, encourage or use RepForge Community to distribute content that:

• is illegal or facilitates illegal activity;
• exploits, abuses or endangers children;
• contains credible threats of violence or encourages violence;
• promotes terrorism or violent extremist activity;
• targets people with hateful or dehumanizing content;
• harasses, bullies, stalks or maliciously humiliates another person;
• contains sexually explicit or pornographic material;
• promotes self-harm, suicide or dangerous self-injury;
• encourages intentionally dangerous training behavior likely to cause harm;
• contains another person's private or sensitive information without authorization;
• impersonates another person or misrepresents identity in a deceptive way;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, malicious or intended to scam users;
• contains malware, malicious links or attempts to compromise accounts or devices;
• is repetitive spam or unrelated promotional content;
• infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights of another person.

This list is not exhaustive. Content may also be removed when it creates a meaningful safety, legal or integrity risk even if the exact behavior is not listed above.

Harassment, bullying and abusive behavior

Disagreement is not automatically harassment, but targeted abuse is not acceptable.

Do not use profiles, posts, photos or other Community behavior to:

• threaten another user;
• repeatedly target someone after they have asked to be left alone;
• encourage others to attack or ridicule a person;
• shame someone based on appearance, ability or training level;
• publish humiliating material for the purpose of harassment;
• evade a user's block in order to continue unwanted interaction.

Sexual and sexually explicit content

RepForge Community is a training-focused service and is not a platform for sexual or pornographic content.

Do not post sexually explicit imagery, pornography, sexual solicitation, sexualized content involving minors, or content whose primary purpose is sexual gratification.

Ordinary fitness clothing, competition attire or non-sexual training imagery is not prohibited merely because the human body is visible. Context and purpose matter.

Dangerous training and harmful behavior

Strength training carries inherent risk. Community content must not intentionally encourage reckless conduct likely to cause serious injury.

Do not use Community to promote dangerous challenges, deliberate injury, unsafe use of equipment, or instructions whose purpose is to cause physical harm.

RepForge training content is fitness guidance and is not medical diagnosis or treatment.

Privacy, personal information and impersonation

Respect other people's privacy.

Do not publish another person's sensitive or private information without authorization, including information such as private contact details, account credentials, financial information or other information that could create a meaningful privacy or safety risk.

Do not impersonate another person, organization or RepForge staff member in order to deceive others.

Information you intentionally publish to Community may be visible to other users. Review the Privacy Policy for more information.

Spam, scams and manipulation

Community should represent genuine training activity.

Do not:

• flood Community with repetitive or irrelevant posts;
• use deceptive links or misleading offers;
• run scams or fraudulent promotions;
• attempt to manipulate Community interactions through abuse or automation;
• use Community primarily to advertise unrelated products or services.

Content rights and ownership

Only upload photos or other material that you have the right to publish.

Do not knowingly post copyrighted images, trademarks or other protected material in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Reporting and blocking

RepForge provides Community safety controls for reporting objectionable content or users and for blocking users.

Use the in-app reporting feature when you believe a Community post, profile, photo or user violates these Guidelines.

Use the block control when you do not want to interact with or see supported Community activity from another user.

Reporting and blocking serve different purposes. Blocking is a personal control; reporting asks RepForge to review a potential policy violation.

Do not intentionally misuse reporting tools to harass another user or repeatedly submit knowingly false reports.

How moderation works

RepForge may review reported Community content and account behavior when reasonably necessary to enforce these Guidelines, protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.

Moderation decisions may consider the content itself, context, severity, repeated behavior, user reports and relevant account history.

A report does not automatically mean that content or an account violated these Guidelines. Reports are signals for review.

RepForge may take action on reported or discovered violations as reasonably appropriate for the type and severity of the issue.

Enforcement actions

Depending on severity and context, RepForge may take actions that include:

• removing Community content;
• limiting access to Community functionality;
• warning a user about prohibited behavior;
• restricting or suspending an account where appropriate;
• terminating an account for serious or repeated violations;
• preserving relevant safety or moderation records;
• cooperating with lawful requests or authorities where legally required.

Serious child-safety, credible-threat, exploitation or other unlawful content may require immediate action.

Questions, moderation concerns and appeals

If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, or if you have a Community safety question that cannot be handled through the in-app reporting tools, contact RepForge AI Support.

We may update these Guidelines when Community functionality, moderation requirements or applicable policies change.
